A hands-on creative that puts the project first, Roald is at home with both 2D and 3D pipelines. When he's not at his desk, you'll find him hitting. kicking or throwing some kind of ball.

With a background in producing visuals in all forms that goes back over 10 years, Agata is CARTEL's Swiss Army knife. A regular day for her includes scheduling projects, asset research, meetings, onboarding team members, double-checking deliverables, editing video and more. She still somehow finds time to grow her own vegetables.

Daniela joined CARTEL as co-owner in 2023. Bringing with her over 10 years of animation and directing experience, she is passionately team-orientated. Her creative outlets range from design, animation, coding, making clothes for her son and we're running out of space here but there's more.
